The CONversation Fandom Event Planner's Conference (or ConvoCon for short) is a conference for fandom convention and event organizers. ConvoCon is an opportunity for pop culture events of all shapes and sizes to come together and share knowledge. Join event planners, staffers, and industry partners for three days of panels, workshops, and networking.

Venue
The Embassy Suites O’Hare Rosemont is conveniently located one mile away from O’Hare International Airport and about a 45 minute drive from Chicago Midway Airport. There is complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel form O’Hare airport. Rooms in our block are available starting at $99/night for king suites and $109/night for queen suites. Overnight parking with our room block is discounted to $15/night.

Transportation
The Embassy Suites can be reached via public transportation by bus or train. Pace bus lines 326, 332, 811, and 895 stop in front of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center directly across from the hotel. The CTA Blue Line stop at Rosemont is a stop on the Pace bus 811 route towards the Embassy Suites or can be walked in about 12 minutes.
